Terms of Service
1) Agreement
MythOS is operated by [LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS, COUNTRY] (“we” or “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of MythOS (the “Service”), including its websites, apps, tools, and features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If acting for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.
2) Eligibility, accounts, and security
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that appear to be fraudulent, compromised, or created with false information.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service or its security controls.
- Use the Service to violate laws, infringe IP rights, or distribute unlawful or harmful content.
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Automate access in a way that materially degrades performance or bypasses reasonable rate limits.
4) AI and automation disclaimer
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to others’ work. We do not guarantee originality, copyright protection, accuracy, or suitability for publication. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, or other professional advice.
5) Your content and permissions
- You retain your rights in scripts and other content you provide (“User Content”). As between you and MythOS, any rights we hold in outputs generated for you are assigned to you, to the extent legally transferable. You may use your content and outputs commercially, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
- You grant us limited permission to store, process, transmit, and display your content and outputs only as needed to provide and secure the Service, including through service providers and sharing you authorize.
- You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload User Content and that doing so does not violate any agreement or law.
- We may remove or restrict User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or creates risk.
MythOS will not use your data, including scripts, prompts, or outputs, to train AI models unless you explicitly choose to donate specified work for that purpose. Donation is optional, requires separate consent describing the permitted uses and recipients, and does not transfer ownership. Using the Service or accepting these Terms is not donation consent. You may withdraw consent for future training use by contacting us; completed training cannot necessarily be reversed. This commitment applies to MythOS only; third-party AI providers’ data practices are described below.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and content we supply other than your content and generated outputs, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
7) Paid plans, trials, and billing
- Some features require payment. Prices, included features, and whether a purchase is one-time or a recurring subscription will be shown at checkout. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.
- Subscriptions renew automatically only where disclosed at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel from your account area (when available) or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of subscription price increases. An increase takes effect no earlier than the next renewal after that notice period. You may cancel before it applies.
- Taxes may apply based on your location. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for fees and applicable taxes.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
8) Third-party services
We use third-party services, including AI providers, hosting, payments, and email delivery. AI features send the content and context needed for your request to the providers processing it. Providers’ applicable terms, limits, and privacy policies govern their handling of that data, including retention and any use for model training. We cannot guarantee that third-party AI providers will not use your prompts or other submitted data for training. Models and integrations may change or become unavailable. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9) Suspension, termination, and changes
- We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or the public.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. If you cancel a subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
- We may update the Service and these Terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material terms changes by email or through the Service, unless a shorter period is required by law or urgently needed to address security or abuse. We will post the revised terms and effective date here. You may stop using the Service and cancel before changes take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Inactive accounts and script backups
If your account has no active paid access and you have not signed in or otherwise actively used MythOS for more than one year, we will delete your account and its stored content. Before deletion, we will email at least 30 days’ notice and attach backups of your saved scripts to your registered email address. Large backups may arrive in multiple messages. Failed backup creation or a known email delivery failure will pause deletion while we resolve the issue.
Signing in or actively using MythOS before the deadline prevents deletion. Accounts with active paid access are excluded. Keep your email address current and maintain your own copies. We cannot guarantee delivery to your inbox. Records required by law may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
10) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be handled in its competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings elsewhere applicable to you.

Privacy Policy
1) Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service. We aim to collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service and improve it.
2) Information we collect
- Account data: email address, login identifiers, and basic profile information.
- Usage data: account activity, feature usage, pages viewed, device/browser information, and approximate location.
- Content data: scripts, prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs.
- Consent records: any explicit training donations, their scope and recipients, and withdrawals.
- Payment data: billing status and plan details (payment card data is handled by our payment processor).
- Support data: messages you send to support and related diagnostics.
3) How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
- Improve features, performance, and reliability using usage data and diagnostics.
- Communicate about updates, security, support, inactivity notices, and script backups.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Content processing includes sending scripts, prompts, and relevant context to AI providers to fulfill your requests. MythOS does not use your data for model training without a separate, explicit donation of specified work under our training-consent terms. Refusing or withdrawing a donation does not affect ordinary access to the Service. AI providers process submitted data under their own terms and privacy policies, which may permit retention or training. MythOS’s no-training commitment does not cover those providers, and withdrawing a donation to MythOS does not change their data practices.
4) Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service (AI processing, hosting, analytics, support, email delivery, payments), limited to information needed for their role.
- People you authorize through sharing and collaboration features.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, users, or the Service.
- Business transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
Before inactivity deletion, our email provider processes script backups as attachments sent to your registered address. Copies delivered to your mailbox remain under your and your email provider’s control after we delete your account.
5) Data retention
We retain account data and content while needed to provide the Service. Accounts without active paid access are deleted after more than one year of inactivity, subject to the notice, backup, and return-to-use safeguards in Inactive accounts and script backups.
Deleted data may remain in restricted operational backups for up to [BACKUP RETENTION PERIOD] before expiry. These backups are used only for recovery and security; deletion is reapplied if data is restored. Records required by law, such as tax and transaction records, are retained for the applicable legal period.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Your choices and rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
- You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where offered.
- You may withdraw a training donation for future training use by contacting us; completed training cannot necessarily be reversed.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, portability or objection to certain processing). Contact us to exercise these rights.
8) International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to provide appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Refund Policy
1) Overview
This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for paid plans. If you have questions, contact hello@structured.vision.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal or refund. Any refund terms specific to a one-time purchase will be disclosed at checkout.
2) Subscriptions
- Monthly plans: refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not materially used the Service (for example, excessive generation/processing or heavy feature usage).
- Annual plans: refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase on the same “not materially used” basis.
- After the refund window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3) Trials and promotions
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends (unless you upgrade earlier). Charges made after a trial ends follow the subscription refund rules above.
4) Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while we investigate. Misuse of chargebacks may lead to account termination.
5) Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
